Just taking a stab here, but stop/start your print spooler.
That happened to me once on just one of my servers - strange.

This morning no-one could logon to one of our Citrix servers it was hanging on "Loading your settings". I rebooted the server, and whilst it is now up and users are logged on, the CPU is constantly at 100%.

winmgmt.exe is constantly around 50%, System is constantly around 20%, and
every so offen a process called nos??.tmp (owned by SYSTEM) appears for a
minute with high CPU usage, then disappears again.

It sounds like a virus to me but I have run a number of virus checks and it
has come back with nothing. Googling on the issues didn't bring up anything
that was even close to the issues I am seeing.

Any ideas that will point me the right direction?

Thanks,

Steve
