Is R01 the SP4 rollup update? If so yes.

Maybe a printer problem? Some client printers might cause this to occur
during auto-creation. Are you running R01 for SP4?

I just started getting this on both load balanced server (XPA, FR3, SP4,
on Windows 2000 SP4).

Application popup: wfshell.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x77fcb6a3" referenced memory at "0x0063006b". The memory could not be
"read".

Anyone had this before? I noticed that RDP sessions don't seem to
receive this error.
