[THIN] w2k3 sp2 outlook express icon showing up?

We are finally getting around to upgrading our citrix servers to w2k3
sp2 from sp1 and ran into another little problem..
After installing sp2 the first time a user logs on they get a little ie
'wizard' runs. Not sure if this causes this to happen? The user ends
up with Outlook Express icon showing up under all programs. We don't
want this and I can not figure out how to prevent? Any ideas?
