Guys'n'gals, I have just built a windows 2000 AD citrix farm with users coming from a separate 2003 forest. just fyi, we have loopback processing enabled for our 2000 AD. The problem is....when a user logs in with a roaming profile configured, the clients local printer does not get auto-created for them. When I was looking at this problem I turned off their roaming profile and it started to work....then I roaming profiles on again for this user... and it continued to work???!?!? I suspect that someone else in the support area may well have had something to do with this because the user tells me that his desktop had become corrupted and had been fixed. Can anyone point me in the direction of some fault finding re: auto created printers and profiles. If a user has a roaming profile configured, 1)Should this roaming profile override any local profiles for this same user on that Citrix server?? 2) could profiles affect whether a printer is auto-created or not anyway??? please please can you fix it for me....
