Hello Jose Luis,

Your information is a little vague. Have you enabled memory dumps? Are
you getting any stop codes? If you are looking for a general place to
start, look at your print drivers. Some of the HP printer drivers for
Windows 2000 could cause just such a behavior, but that is really a
guess. If you can provide more details, that would help.
Cole.

Subject: [THIN] unexpected Server re-starts & shutdowns.

Hello Everyone.

Has anyone, experience this problem, I have several citrix servers
that every once in a while they either re-start or shutdown, in the
event log there are this entries 'unexpected shutdown' or 'the event
log service was stopped'
We are running Windows 2000 server SP4, with Citrix Metaframe XPa
Server for Windows FR2 & SP3.

Any feedback will be appreciated, Thank you in advance.
