The exact method depends on which model and version of the OS you are using.
If you think the problem is local, do a factory reset and then force an OS
version update, reload any configurations you are pushing out and the local
registry will have been blanked out. The NCD management software was so
good, this only takes a few minutes and works great....

Hi All,

My thinclient devices can no longer find a license server.  I should say,
they are getting rejections of some sort.  They can not establish a
connection to TS.  Is there a way to reset a license on a NCD?
