[THIN] Re: startup scripts and published apps

Put the batch file in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current
Version\Winlogon\appsetup if you want it to run for everone.  It will
not run as you have it in a published app because explorer.exe is not
being run.
