[THIN] Re: slowness in PS4

Yes the App was tested, and its scattered clients, not universal, but for
the users that it is happening too I can not find anything. In most cases
ping times are low, below 100.
Usually the slowness manifests itself in keyboard / mouse latency and screen
redraws.
