[THIN] shortcuts

I use the pnagent pretty heavily and for some reason, it always wants to put
shortcuts in the start menu even though in the published application setup,
i have it set to not create any shortcuts and I have the pnagent site setup
to use what the published application uses (which is none). Yet, these
shortcuts appear in the start menu any way.
Anybody else seeing this? PS 4.5, WI 4.5, ICA 10.1.
