Nope, but I'd like to know.

I have seen this often as well and do not know how to fix. Same SP/FR
levels.

Subject: [THIN] server hangs

Hello,

=20

Having a problem with a W2k SP3 / XPFR2 server. Every morning the server
seems to be hung up, no one can connect with ICA or RDP. Logging into
the console just sits at a blue screen and we have to reboot the server.
This server was just built a week ago.

=20

The following event starts in the middle of the night and is logged
repeatedly until I reboot the server

=20

Event Type: Information

Event Source: Application Popup

Event Category: None

Event ID: 26

Date: 5/16/2003

Time: 5:39:49 AM

User: N/A

Computer: Server1

Description:

Application popup: winlogon.exe - Application Error: The application
failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the
application. =20

=20

I also get the same event but the app is smss.exe

=20

Any ideas?
