[THIN] server cert install

i'm reading through the csg3 manual and following the instructions on exporting
the server cert. first of all, i was able to import the cert we got from
thwate. was in the process of exporting it and then installing it, but the
option to export to the pkcs #12 format is grayed out.
any clue on troubleshooting this?
