It's a bug of some sort, not necessarily with the CMC. If you stop and
restart the IMA Service on the affected server (the server where the users
are appearing multiple times) it will report back to the CMC correctly.

It happens on MF XP 1.0 FR3 /SP3 too. I think it's a bug of some sort in
the CMC. They have the same session ID on the same server running the same
published app (no session sharing). Having the same session ID in this case
should be impossible. Also logging off one of the two sessions, logs off
both sessions.
