It does, I've just tried it. Published a renamed copy of explorer.exe.

I would like to run a file browser seamlessly from PS3. Is it possible to
run explorer.exe without it kicking off the desktop? I found a internet
explorer clone written in .net but unfortunately it required v2 of .net
which we haven't got :O(
any ideas welcomed?
