In your GP for Citrix servers, Under Computer Configuration, 
Administrative Templates, System, Logon, there is a setting for
Delete cahced copies of roaming profiles

This will have no effect until the user hits each particular box.  We 
applied this, deleted all cahced profiles on each box, and it works 
perfectly.  Only had to delete those profiles which existed before the 
setting was applied.
