Rick, My clients in Bangkok and Singapore routinely work with >300ms round trip times. When the land link goes bad and it falls back to satellite, this jumps to around 900ms. It's really ugly but it still works. 125-130 should be okay. The last mile of the radio link to the main office in Bowling Green KY started having troubles. Had ping times of 50ms to the radio feeding the office, but really poor times through the lost packets at the site. I put in a DSL line for the client in Bowling Green. The ping times to that router are now averaging 125-130 ms. The Client starts up, and attempts to attach to the Metaframe XP server but never launches. When does the response time start to get critical? >100ms? *********************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: 99point9.com The 99Point9.com Online Tech Support Helpdesk is the one-stop solution for all your server-based computing needs. http://www.99point9.com ************************************************ For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link. http://thethin.net/citrixlist.cfm *********************************************** This Weeks Sponsor: 99point9.com The 99Point9.com Online Tech Support Helpdesk is the one-stop solution for all your server-based computing needs. http://www.99point9.com ************************************************ For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link. http://thethin.net/citrixlist.cfm
