If you shadow the user and in the run line type printcfg...do you see their
printers there? If so select the one that is disconnected and click
connect. This happens to us sometimes...
Hope this helps
Mario

Is there a way to force a connected session to remap it's client printers?
Occasionally we have auser whoose printer doesn't generate and we just tell
them to close your ICA session and re-connect. Is there any way they can
force it to try and re-map their printers or that I can force it on the
server end?
