[THIN] reloading perf counters for citrix

Using mfxp fr3.  I need to reload the performance counters for citrix.  Anyone 
know where the ini files are located that I need to use with lodctr?  I found 
all the standard ones under winnt/system32.  I looked in all the citrix folders 
I could find and can't seem to find it.
