It's not just about performance but file conention as well. If user's
require multiple session or are using the same profile for Siloed
applications then you will have multiple sessions point back to a single App
Data folder.  For some apps you're ok,  for others (softgrid for example)
the application will open and lock files in the first session leaving the
second unable to function properly.
