[THIN] re post - Session hangs when IE is launched

Hi
Sorry for the re post but this is getting out of hand here we are
running win2K with XP FR3 SP4.
users are launching IE to various web site and their session just hangs.
The only thing I can do is disconnect their session.
any help would be much appreciated.
