* Get better processes
* force your users to log off regularly

:)

.. Likely those aren't practical. The answer is "Yes". But not natively.

WMSoftware have Revelos TSE that lets you do that
AppSense have their Performance Manager

Careful what you wish for mind: limiting processes in this way can cause
application issues: the main one being "the app runs more slowly - so is
more painful for longer. You've also got to consider 'is this fixing the
problem, or hiding it'

Subject: [THIN] process

Hi List,

does anybody knows if it's posible to limit the amount of memory of a
process, such as 'iexplore.exe'?
Is there any way to stop the process at a point where it reached xxx Mb of
memory per user?

Sometimes if a process like internet explorer is opened in the morning and
user doesn't use in many hours this process take a lot of memory.
Is it posible to avoid this?
