[THIN] process

Hi List,
does anybody knows if it's posible to limit the amount of memory of a
process, such as 'iexplore.exe'?
Is there any way to stop the process at a point where it reached xxx Mb
of memory per user?
Sometimes if a process like internet explorer is opened in the morning
and user doesn't use in many hours this process take a lot of memory.
Is it posible to avoid this?
