That's a mystery!
 
I looked in Outlook help under "associate" and it indicates that Outlook
uses the same file associations as the rest of windows.
 
Are you sure of the file extension?

when trying to print jpegs attached to an email, i get the preceding
message. you CAN save the jpeg then print it, but, thats too many steps for
the user. anyone run in to this issue before?
win2000 server, XPe, Outlook 2000
