Maybe a dumb suggestion but if these are remote connections, just run a VPN and install the printers on the server and use normal IP printing. Gets around the issue completely and uses the printers normal driver... -----Original Message----- From: "Steve Greenberg" <steveg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: 9/29/2007 8:53 AM Subject: [THIN] Re: printer aggravation ThinPrint is the only one I know of that had explicit WinCE support… Steve Greenberg Thin Client Computing 34522 N. Primarily I am having trouble with various Lexmark printers and the HP LaserJet 1022. Currently by citrix policy I enforce universal driver for all printers, but I am looking at creating an exemption policy for those users that are having trouble with printing and trying to setup a mapping for those paticular models that are giving me fits. ANy ideas on the best way to go about that or what drivers I should use? I know currently there are issues with the Lexmark X3550, Lexmark T520, and HP laserJet 1022 Of course I also have issues with various users running Mcaffee and its printer issues are always fun.
