[THIN] print screen from dos app

Hi
I have an old dos app (called TTS) from TMW systems runs on a pervasive
database.
I used to be able to hit alt + print screen and it would print to the
printer.
This no longer works either from windows xp or citrix session because this
is a a dos app and I am now running it in xp or from citrix a 2000 session.
I tried a program called print screen deluxe and it just spools over and
over again!
Anyone know how to fix this?
