[THIN] Re: print mapping failures

Ensuring the Citrix print service recycles after a spooler crash fixed
almost all my pain on this issue.  Create a CMD file with:

Net Stop cpsvc
Net Start spooler
Net Start cpsvc

Make it the recovery action for the spooler service.
