[THIN] print drivers not replicating

windows 2003 SP1 with Citrix 4.0
Im trying to replicate a new HP print driver I just installed on one
server to the rest of the farm (4 servers) I told it replicate, it gave
me the message about replicating when it has time. Its been 24 hours and
the driver still has not replicated.
I'm digging though the eventlogs, but I can't find anything and I'm not
sure what I'm looking for :-)
looking for some direct and ideas.
