Chad,
The patch wouldn't solve that...the patch has to be installed before you
instal the licenses otherwise they're gone.
After you install the patch you have to call the clearing house to add
the mssing licenses.
Q287687 is the fix your looking for, sp3 also works.....

I have licenses stuck in lease from 2001. No Expiry.
