I'm assured Caps lock is OFF and at first I couldn't log in as them either,
but after resetting the password they are able to login. I'm not sure about
the license issue since we are on NT4 and have all the licensing services
off.

The only thing I can think of is a CAPS lock. Are you sure they are not
using all capitals and you are setting their password lower case (or the
other way around)? Can they log in from another computer? If they can,
could it be possible that they were not issued a temporary license that has
expired.
Sorry that it is not much help.

I have had this happen 2 or 3 times recently. a user calls up and they
cannot log in, they are told they credentials are incorrect. The password
has not been changed, and I can log in under the username and password. I
give them a new password and they still cannot login and in fact NO login
they try works. Is this some sort of keyboard mapping issue? Sometimes
they will be able to get in through Nfuse and not the PRogram neighborhood,
othertimes niether will work.
