what OS do you run on your Citrix servers?

The behavior between W2K and W2K3 is different. Most likely you are running
into where a printer is tagged as 'default' in the users' profile, which
points to the old print server.

There is a way to clean all of this up. (I wrote a script at one time - but
I don't have it with me at the moment).

If you are on PS4, then you can make sure your policies are setting the
default printer - otherwise you end up with a 'first printer created' type
of issue.

Please provide greater details and we can probably be of better assistance.

Hi list,

recently I've deleted from CMC a print server.
and moved all printers from new one(has crashed) to all one.
but I noticed that the printers which were on the crashed server are
still in the user's profile.
they cannot print because appears a message (access denied), but, Why
these printers are still there?
I thought that if i delete a print server from CMC, automatically
dissapear to the users.

Any suggestion?
