I have users running word on a new server. when they go to close word they
get an error basically saying that they can't save the new normal.dot
because of a file permission error.
the path to the template directory is this: C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates
the C:\ is mapped to the users home directory on a NAS server and they have
full access. i tried created a text file in that directory and had no
problem. then was able to modify and delete it, so there is no permissions
problem. Anyone have an idea why this is doing this?
