I think it was off Ebay, and I have talked with Citrix and have a couple of other possible routes, including the Territory manager (who is on vacation) Good thing this is not a critical need but just an additionally redundant server for the farm to help even out the load. -----Original Message----- From: Magnus [mailto:magnus@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, December 20, 2002 10:11 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: new server.. Error Message when Connecting They should be able to tell you how the reseller was since you have to enter that in when you activate the license. Unless of course you bought it from ebay -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jason Patten Sent: Friday, December 20, 2002 9:53 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: new server.. Error Message when Connecting well My boss has Asked me to Call Citrix and see if we can arrange an exchange or something so that we can get the server up and going. The problem is I don't know WHO precisely we ordered this copy from (It was shrinkwrapped), and I believe if I call citrix they are going to say, Talk to your reseller, its not Our problem. -----Original Message----- From: Jason Patten [mailto:pattenj@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, December 20, 2002 9:13 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: new server.. Error Message when Connecting Well I found the problem; It seems that the version that got bought for this server as the TERMINALS edition. Not regular MF18 like I assumed. I'm going to research this a little and see if I can do anything about it. -----Original Message----- From: Jason Patten [mailto:pattenj@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, December 20, 2002 8:48 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] new server..
