Michael,

Try using regedt32 and going to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Graphic
Filters and set the security so that Domain Users have Full Control of this
key. This fixes the Office 2000 Windows 2000 viewing images problem.

I have the image viewer loaded but when a user tries to open a .jpg file it
says no association exists. i know there is a fix for this but i cannot
find the article from MS on it. Does anyone know the article number by
chance?

thanks,
