YES!!! We have been battling a simular problem at a client's location for the past week. Before we helped out, they have been looking into it for the past half year. Anyways, I have found there are a lot of reg edits to look into and the big thing is what are your clients using for firewall/NAT device. Sonicwalls, as our expirience has shown, work great. Mainly, higher end network appliances that preform firewall/NAT duties work great because you can set how long connections may be open. We were running into issues with cheaper boxes from Netgear mainly. On the cheaper boxes, there isn't a way to set the connection timeout periods and I believe most of them can't handle longer connection times. Nobody else gets this, but this particular user gets it on the two machines he uses.=3D20 I thought an idle timeout was probably configured on the 'sessions' tab on the user's account in AD, but it turns out they are on an NT 4.0 domain. Any ideas?
