Is he not? I thought that's why there was only 1 pub forum and not the
normal 2?

Being only two hours away for me means it's not a big issue taking the 2
days off - but as you say, it sounds like an even poorer cousin than ever.
VMware Europe on the other hand was truly amazing.

 

Brian Madden isn't doing Briforum Europe this year and doesn't sound like
there will be another one for a long time. I'm gutted I didn't go to
Briforum last year now. Pubforum next year then?

Edinburgh has always been the poor cousin to the stateside events - its
never particularly in depth - always a little too sales focused imo

 

Pubforum is better for technical content and talking to other technical
people tbh  - or Briforum.

With all this talk about how cool Synergy is going to be, is anyone on the
list going to iForum in Edinburgh? Doesn't look like it will be anything
like as neat as Synergy but curious to know if anyone is going.
