[THIN] folders in PNAgent

I may have already asked this.  Sorry if it is a double post.

I am trying to put out some shortcuts with the PNAgent but I want them on
the desktop in their own folder.

I can't seem to find a way to craft the paths on the shortcut config on the
published app to do this.  has anyone done this before?
