i've had no problems with the dns resolution. don't think that's going
to be the problem. i don't remember if you ever tried it or not (and i'm
too lazy to read the back emails) but did you ever delete those 3 reg
entries on the server side for the TS license? did they recreate after
reboot?

Does this affect PS 3.0 and 4.0? This was for XP. I no longer see that option for the newer versions of Citrix.

Have you tried disabling XML Service DNS address resolution?

Actually, neither worked for published apps.
I have not tried set resolutions. Will try that.

Jumping in late here, so forgive me if this has already been covered...
As I understand it you started out with 2 MPS 4.0 servers, one worked fine, the other would not allow you to connect to Published Apps (Desktops OK).
RDP - OK
You downgraded to MPS 3.0 and had to hack around to get anything to work, and now you are back where you started.
Have you tried running the published apps at a specifc resolution or full screen (as opposed to Seamless)? Just trying to see if it is a seamless engine issue...

so published apps are working in the 3 environment now?

I think that was it, at least for the now MPS 3.0 server....that

reg. change appears to have worked.
Also found that this server MUST be MPS 3.0, as it creates "client\"
printer
names for auto-created, PS 4.0, when set to use legacy printer
creation,
creates as "client/". We have hundreds of user's INI's poiting to
their
Citrix printer as "client\".

ok, that's TS licensing. 2 things, since you rolled back, you'll need this http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry!default.jspa?categoryID=275&externa
x509
I
D
=
C
T
X107196&fromSearchPage=true
also, once that's done, try deleting your mslicensing key and
restarting
your workstation. if that doesn't work, you may have to delete the
-
and certificate entries on the server itself. could be a corrupt
license.
