Hi Elliott, in a past existence I had to look at emulator software in a Citrix environment, the only real workable solution we came up with and we could have say 4 seperate emulation sessions within a single citrix session was a product called TTWin from an Australian company called Turbosoft (http://www.turbosoft.com.au) which had some specific Citrix enhancements for performance etc. As for Hummingbird, we dropped that firly quickly in the eval process I'm afraid, didn't work too well for us and performance was somewhat lacking. I have been tasked with providing access to two simultaeous connections during a single citrix session via a 2k metaframe XP citrix server to several backend mainframe apps. he preferred method of connection is to use Hummingbird Exceed. I am encountering a number of issues. I can have multiple instances of emulator 1 running for several users, and multiple instances of emulator 2 running but not the two in the same session for the same user on the same server. ports ? I know it is not strictly citrix but there must be someone here who has encountered emulation issues i the past.
