What have you had problems with in FR3.  we loaded FR3 a few weeks ago and I
haven't had any problems at all.

In answer to your original question, if you have the media from Citrix,
pop
in the CD and install the thing.  It installs right over FR2.  Then
you
have to go through the whole Fulfill Eligble products at myctrix and
add
al;l the FR3 licenses.  And don't forget to set your release
level..Also
check out the archives on thethin.net for FR3 topics.  It changes the
way
some things work.
