[THIN] Re: editing registry permissions with a script

I found the regini.exe tool from the Windows ResKit.  You can specify
permissions, you just have to make sure you add all the existing
permissions along with what you modify.  It doesn't add to the ACL it
replaces it.

Didn't think about the GPO route.
