I'm guessing that the setting for IE is not set to refresh every visit
to the page under the Temporary Internet files cache setting and is
probably set to automatic.

PN Agent, refreshes of the applications cause credentials errors, loss of
application icons for an entire farm, etc. Refresh again, they come back,
sometimes.

PN Agent, set to use logon credentials…
How dose this authenticate to the domain?
I have a user, mentioned earlier, that refresh shows fine, then refresh
shows credentials supplied incorrect, then it shows fine.
Web Interface, configured identically for servers and such, works fine.
