[THIN] desktop icons

On our published desktops we usually set up a short cut to an in-house
phonelist application. The icon for this shortcut was set to point to a
.ico file on a network share.
The design for this icon has now changed so I copied in a new version of the
.ico file (same filename) into the network share. The desktop users log in
to a published application called desktop which is load balanced across 3
wk2 servers. On 2 of the servers the users are not picking up the new icon
(they still have the old one), but on the third server they have
automatically picked up the new icon. The only way I can get the 2 servers
to pick up the icon is to right click each users icon,properties and change
icon, the new icon then automatically shows itself ready for hitting apply.
Can anyone point me to the right area so I can find out why 2 servers access
differently to the other.
