[THIN] colors not displaying

Hello all,
I have three clients ( all logged onto the same server) that can't
display all the colors. Published Desktop ,MF3, 2003 server. For example
the loading windows... splash is only gray scale. When I shadow those
users I see the same grayness. Others logged on are displaying the
correct colors.
DOS client, different hardware.
