One of the PCs that we have had the problem with was set to reboot on error
(they are W2K pro machines). We will check out the couple others that have
had the problem. Thanks!

Is the PC set up to reboot on error? If not, you may have hardware
issues.

We are using Norton AV corporate edition on the desktops. So why would
it
only affect a couple of the workstations. All have norton installed and
configured in the same manner, but only a few have the problem (and only
occasionally.) If Norton is the culprit, any suggestions for protecting
the workstations?

We had this happen once with a machine that had Norton antivirus
installed.
Remove antivirus and all the citrix apps would not cause the machine to
reboot anymore.

Subject: [THIN] clients rebooting

Has anybody seen a situation where the client workstations spontaneously
reboot? We've had a few cases where a user is running applications
(launched through Nfuse) clicks to print, or switch to a different app
or
to
launch an attachment from Lotus and their PC instantly reboots as though
they'd hit reset.
