Yes, I'm not sure why it often doesn't "stick".

On the client's XP PC, create the file %SYSTEMDRIVE%\Documents and
Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\ICAClient\webica.ini with the
string GlobalSecurityAccess=405 in it.

On the client's Vista PC, create the file
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\ICAClient\webica.ini with
the string GlobalSecurityAccess=405 in it.

Subject: [THIN] citrix client settings not saving

our users are not local admins on their workstations. They have the
citrix 9.2 PN client installed. The security prompt about access local
resources does not save even when they pick 'don't ask me again'

Is there a file I need to given them access to?

thanks,jb
