I should have stated the profiles sit on a storage box

It could be something wrong with the file server hosting the profiles. Check
the UPM logs at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\LogFiles\User Profile Manager.

Good morning.
When our xenapp 6.x environment was setup the person who sat it up used his
domain admin account. He is no longer with the company.

I went in and update the SQL servers with the new generic citrix admin, ran the
ds maint with the new id.
On the gpos it is setup to deny gpos like the domain admins.
The id has rights to join computers to the domain.
The id has rights to the profiles directory.

Everything seemed fine until I went to launch an application and receive
“Please wait for the Citrix Profile Mangement…”
The id is locked down to only Citrix servers.

What am I missing?
