By the same token, some people may prefer to either know how, or do this
through one mechanism - to note: see Rick Mack's point about doing it all in
Kix, top form - but getting back to the salient aspect, the original poster
didn't mention needing to affect ts specific stuff.

So in answer to his question, it can all be done, by plain, vanilla, ADSI

As for those that need to (not that the OP in this thread has raised the
need, but as you have) change TS specific settings, TSCMD, ADSI (with a bit
of effort), Kix, or numerous other choices are possible (including the
up-to-date ADDUSERS.EXE from the resource kit.
