Hello, Everyone. I though, to resent this again, we have found that this problem allows the user to shutdown the server if they so choose to, since they get the START-logoff and/or shutdown option. This is posibly as the why sometimes we get unexpected shutdowns on this 2 citrix servers. We have put a GPO in place to only allow remote shutdown for the citrix tech, and hope that this is considers a remote shutdown. Is there anything else that we can check, or any helpful web links, as to why the clients desktop reverts to a server desktop with broken .lnks thank you again.
