Subject: [THIN] batch file question

Hello all,
I am trying to run a *.reg file from a logon script. I have copied the file
to both Win2k Domain Controllers
\\server1\netlogon and \\server2\netlogon

I am using the command
regedit -s \\server1\netlogon\off2k.reg

If server1 happens to be down, what other comands can I use to determine
that it's down and send it to \\server2\netlogon

I ahve tried to use the %logonserver% variable, but it's not working. I
suppose it does not get set in time:
regedit -s \\%logonserver%\netlogon\off2k.reg

Any help is appreciated.
TIA.
