Ok. I got this working, the PC boots up, automatically logs on, and =
starts the RDP client.

However, the user can cancel out of the RDP client and return back to =
the 2000 desktop. Is there a way to prevent this so the 2000 desktop is =
basically not usable and the user is FORCED to use terminal services or =
nothing at all?

Yes this is possible:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=3Dkb;en-us;310584 =
explains how
to set up the auto login.

Then you need to automaticaly trigger the TermServer connection; If you =
look
at the Terminal server client box, under options, it'll give you =
flexibility
and then the ability to save the settings as a file. Dump this into the =
Run
key (for either all users or the specific user key you're autologging =
into)
and away you go.
