I am now up to 5 users wit this issue. I am beginning to wonder if there is some Windows update or something that is causing this. It is getting frustrating for this issue to suddenly appear. I am fairly certain it has to do with something on the client side or how the Citrix universal print driver is interpreting something from active reports but I am not sure what or where to look.
